Aside from my brother’s birthday, not a lot happened this week. My vanilla pods arrived so now I need to go buy some vodka so I can make vanilla extract. It won’t be ready till around Christmas at the earliest, but I’m looking forward to proper vanilla extract and not the pretend stuff I use now.

I have been continuing with Hogwarts Legacy, though Paralives comes out at midnight on the 25th so I’m looking forward to trying that, as well as the new season of Path of Exile 2, which looks good. I figured I would give it a try even though ARPGs usually bore me after a while.

I started a travelling journal with J and my sister — not that my sister is aware of it yet, 😊 unless she reads this before it arrives in the mail. For those who don’t know what a travelling journal is: it’s based off the movie The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, where you do a journal entry and pass it on. There are a few about and some have travelled to quite a few people. Ours will be between the three of us — once J has finished hers, it gets mailed to sis, and then she does an entry and mails it back.

Aside from this, it’s mainly been housework and appointments.
