This week was pretty quiet. The first half was rainy, and the second half turned hot and humid. I didn’t get a lot done, but I did spend some time working on the blog, adding a gaming section, and continuing with my Hindi practice.

I treated myself to a Wreck This Journal because apparently my junk journal had been living a too-cushy life. Verdict: I am scarred. Breaking the spine in those first pages felt like a crime against literature. Turns out, I was far too kind to my junk journal.

Friday brought a tech tragedy: my beloved “everything-but-gaming” laptop threw a tantrum. Enter hubby’s laptop, which I’ve now borrowed… probably forever. 😏

On a brighter note, I finally set up my bookshelves again. Hubby found a larger one at the tip shop for me, which now gives me plenty of room for my rescued books.
